Printing, scanning and photocopying are available for staff, faculty and students in the Learning Commons. Please take note that the following applies to these services;

   Printing is free, but there is a 30 page daily limit.

   Scanning is free, but copyright laws must be respected.

   Photocopying is $.10 per page.

   Double sided copying is not available.

Northeast Regional Center Learning Commons provides assistance to any student with tutoring., computer access, software assistance or help with library research. You current CCP ID will allow you access to the Commons and all of our wonderful free services.

Accessing the Computer Lab

• Our resources are available for current students, staff, faculty and alumni..
• To help uphold the College's safety and liability policies, we ask you  to not bring children into our learning spaces. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we believe it ensures a safe learning environment.
• Please enjoy your phone calls in the area outside of the Learning Commons.

Using Our Computers

• The printing limit is 30 pages per print job. Please only print materials related to your college course work.This ensures that everyone can quickly and conveniently print out the pages they need.
• If you need help with the computers, or if you have questions about our downloading, saving or printing policies, please speak to one of our staff members and we will be happy to help you!

Respecting All Users of the Space

• Help everyone enjoy the Learning Commons space. Please silence your cell phones, and use headphones to watch or listen to content online.
• Group work & social collaborations are great, just be mindful of your noise level.
• If you would like to work in small groups, feel free to use our group study rooms.
• We kindly ask that you enjoy your food and beverage before entering the Learning Commons, or store your food and beverage in the provided locations.

Whether studying with classmates or alone, remember to take measures to keep your items safe. Unfortunately, theft can happen anywhere.

The Learning Commons can at times become a bit noisy due to conversations or tutoring. In order to provide a "quiet space" option, we have some suoggestions:

• Students are welcome to use one of our 4 group study rooms on a first come first serve basis.
• The Library counter has free disposable earplugs available for anyone needing "quiet" while using the space.

 Quiet conversations are permitted in the Learning Commons.
