How to Vote By Mail

• First, you must be registered to vote
• Request a vote by mail ballot by the deadline
• Receive your ballot in the mail
• Complete your ballot
• Mail your ballot or hand deliver to County Board of Elections
  Mail-In Voting Centers (Drob Box locations) https://www.phila.gov/voting/
• Your ballot must be received by 8pm on Election Day, postmarks don't count
