How to Vote By Mail
First, you must be registered to vote
Request a vote by mail ballot by the deadline
Receive your ballot in the mail
Complete your ballot
Mail your ballot or hand deliver to County Board of Elections
Mail-In Voting Centers (Drob Box locations)
https://www.phila.gov/voting/
Your ballot must be received by 8pm on Election Day, postmarks don't count
